Philly falls behind NYC on LGBTQ-inclusive business policy

Although Pennsylvania is one of a handful of states to have instituted this inclusive policy, Philadelphia has yet to follow suit, with the exception of the ports. COVID-19’s impact on LGBTQ participation in the 2020 U.S. Census
