Alvin Tull is a Lead Muralist and Lead Teaching Artist with the Mural Arts Program in Philadelphia. He work with artist Lauren Cat West to create the Lovely Day mural, which covers 200 columns at the SEPTA concourse between City Hall and Walnut Streets. (Kimberly Paynter/WHYY)
