Philadelphia City Hall
Philadelphia’s City Hall stands as the nation’s largest municipal building, and its elaborate architecture makes it one of the most spectacular. The carved sculptures and allegorical figures that adorn the exterior and the iconic statue of William Penn that tops the building were created by Alexander Milne Calder.
